Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I currently work as a football scout with NK Istra 1961 while also developing my independent scouting portfolio focused on global talent identification and long-term player projection.
Although I follow players worldwide, I am primarily recognized for my scouting work across African football markets, where I dedicate significant attention to identifying emerging talent before wider international recognition. At the same time, I closely follow Central American football, a region I believe continues to produce highly undervalued players with strong development potential.
My scouting philosophy is simple: talent exists everywhere, the key is having the vision, methodology, and consistency to identify it early.
Over the years, I have closely monitored and highlighted players such as Mohamed Amoura, Karim Konaté, Abdul Fatawu, Vasilije Adžić, Hamza Igamane, Promise David and Nestory Irankunda during the early stages of their development, before their breakthrough into higher-level football environments.
Holding a degree in Physical Education and Sports, I combine academic background with practical scouting experience to build detailed player evaluations. My methodology focuses on:
