I am a professional football scout from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently working with NK Istra. In parallel to my role within the club, this platform represents my independent scouting portfolio, a space where I present my personal evaluations, football vision, and long-term talent projections.
My work is driven by one objective: identifying high-potential players before they reach the mainstream radar.
Over the years, I have closely followed and highlighted talents such as Mohamed Amoura, Karim Konaté, Ali Jasim, Vasilije Adžić, and Nestory Irankunda in the early stages of their development, players who have since proven their level on bigger stages and within top-level environments.
With a degree in Physical Education and Sports, I combine academic knowledge with practical football understanding. My scouting methodology goes beyond surface-level observation. I evaluate tactical intelligence, physical capacity, psychological profile, development trajectory, and market potential, building a complete projection rather than a simple player report.
This platform is entirely independent from my work at NK Istra. All opinions expressed here are exclusively my own.
